Hello I am Troliai. I have been playing Animal Jam for 4 years and honestly I love this game to bits but recently I have been loving the Ipad version better.
On Ipad version you can change the colors of your items,buy things that are for members on the pc and plus the people on Ipad version are way nicer (in my opinion).
My account on the pc; Troliai is my very first account and my most beloved but I am sick of people spamming me about trading stuff and being flat out rude when I say I don`t want to trade.
I am not going to list the names of these people since I don`t want to invade their privacy or have people hate them,but thanks to them I almost quit many times.
They literally followed me everywhere and spammed my mail with threats about scamming.(They had memberships),why didn`t I report them? Well because when this happened it was still my first few months on AJ.
They did this because I had stuff they did not. I had a pink glove,scary bat wings,freedom wings and freedom bands.
How did I get them? Well it was my first friend who`s name I will not say because she already quit 2 years ago. When I started the game she instantly became my friend and she said that she wanted to trade me some rare items.
I was at first confused why someone would give their rares to a noob like me, but I thanked her so many times.We literally hung out every chance we got (on AJ).
Well anyway back on to the people who followed me.They did not say the word scam but they did say that they would take my items.
I had a simple den with nice items and decorations, like a few rares (three to be exact).
One day (Some day on June), I logged in to my account and found that every clothes item I had was missing and I never got any of those messages again.
I was very sad and confused to which my friend who gave me all the items comforted me and said she would give me a few other things.
But the weird thing was that they left all of my den items alone, they just rearranged them.
But after that happened I logged off of AJ for two months and when I came back allot of things were different. For example the dens were different, the loading screen, the jam-a-grams and there were new items.
In 2012 I noticed that AJ was becoming a little bit unfair because they made it so non-members weren`t able to change colors, buy the older stuff and also made a bunch of animals that were for members.
But I was okay with that because I had the stuff that I wanted. Then 2013 my friend quit AJ and gave me her items (Most of them). I was sad that she left but she told me why she left and the reason was that AJ was becoming very unfair.
I honestly haven`t talked to her since because we haven`t had the chance to talk. But she now has a new account that she created a few months ago.
I used to have loads of rares but I kept my favorites because they are special to me.
My rare items that are special to me are:
Rare scary Bat Wings,
Rare Heart Locket,
Rare Mech Angel Wings,
Rare Glove (Black),
Rare Scary Cat Hat,
Rare Worn Blanket (Icy Blue),
Rare Bow and Arrows (White).
I also have non-rare items which I adore and I am not sure if they are good or not but to me they mean allot.
My non-rare? Items that are special to me:
Pirate Sword,
Freedom Wings,
Freedom Helmet and Hat,
Worn Blanket (Burgundy/Dark Red?),
Phantom Tail Armor,
Diamond Encrusted Tail Armor and Gauntlets.
I know it sounds like I`m bragging but that`s not the case. I also love my den because honestly I traded for two years and worked for the items for the same amount because I wanted my den to look awesome and I am proud of it.
Anyway enough ranting about my stuff, I was wondering if any of you have had the same problem as me? Sometimes this glitch happens when I go to Jamaa and I am all alone and nobody else appears. It`s weird but also cool I guess?
